A PayPal checkout option will come up where you can make a advance deposit of 100$ with the PayPal checkout option that will come up after you have summited the form. If you don't have a PayPal account, you still can make the payment from the same option using your Debit or Credit card.

Indian nationals can pay amount of Rs. 8000 by direct Bank transfer or using UPI QR code as given in the page “Instructions and terms and conditions" 

You can also instead, pay by using other options as provided in the “Instructions and terms and conditions". This page has also the details to make payment using 'Wise.com'.
