We are offering a wonderful lovely experience in a three days and five days retreat in Yoga, Meditation and Indian cooking.

 

This is a program that is  aiming to deliver yoga in a flowing beautiful in a simple and easy way.

Yoga Students or Teachers who want to expand their understanding of Body and Functional Anatomy are welcomes to join this training.

By providing specific skills in the following key areas this workshop aims to assist you in becoming a more professional and effective teacher:
We often interact with anatomy in two key places. The first is relative to injury, either in a preventative way or after some type of injury has occurred. The second is when we want to do a particular asana, but can’t, and want to know why. In other words, you’re looking for the technique or anatomical restriction that limits your ability to do a pose. This is where yoga anatomy comes in.

So if you are from Yoga Community as a Teacher or Instructor or just a Yoga Practitioner and wants to

  • Have Foundation in evaluating asana (postures)
  • have skills in body reading
  • Understand strength and restrictions in clients
  • Go deeper into yoga Teaching and have the required Anatomical knowledge base on how the Asanas function.
  • Have the Applied Anatomy and Physiology knowledge base to be able to yourself teach the same as a Anatomy Teacher.
  • To improve your teaching skills and have the expertise to resolve the general queries that comes up as a Yoga teacher.
  • Be able to have understanding physical problems and issues in your Yoga classes.
  • Be able to provide guidance to the students as per their individual body dynamics.
  • Gain that extra knowledge and expertise in Applied Yoga Anatomy and Physiology.
  • Have understanding of psychological aspects of individuals and having the capability to handle them in your class.

 

Then this is one course for you that will give you the necessary hours of study and practise to incorporate into your Teachings or Take up as a career to be a Yoga Anatomy Teacher.

 

One of the highlight of this course is working with Core Yoga- where we work with a sequence to work on the Core Muscles and bring balance into them.

2.30 to 4- Skeletal System Part 1

4- 5.30-Core Yoga.

Day 2-

8-9.30- Core Yoga- Rebalancing the Spine.

10.30 to 12.30- Skeletal System part 2.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Body Planes and Movements

4- 5.30-Core Yoga- Rebalancing the Pelvic.

 

Day3-

9-9.30- Core Yoga-Rebalancing the Hyoid and Scalenes.

10.30 to 12.30- Muscular System. Part 1.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4-  Ayurveda basics and Body types as per Ayurveda.

4- 5.30-Core Yoga-Rebalancing the Logus Coli and Capitis.

 

Day 4-

8-9.30- Core Yoga- Reintegrating the Diaphragm and breath work into Yoga.

10.30 to 12.30- Muscular system. Part 2.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Ayurvedic Undersatnding of Diseases and Body Discomfists.

4- 5.30- Core Yoga-Rebalancing the Transverse Abdominus.

 

Day 5-

8-9.30- Core Yoga-Illiacus & Psoas Balance and Release.

10.30 to 12.30- Core Muscles and their implication in Yoga and Physical Balance.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Fascia, Myofascia & Bio Fascia

4- 5.30-Core Yoga. Releasing the Adductors.

 

Day 5-

8-9.30- Core Yoga- Releasing the Rebalancing the Qadratus Lumborus.

10.30 to 12.30- Applied & Functional Anatomy with Asanas.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Understanding Skeletal pathology (Problems of bones and skeletal system)

4- 5.30-Core Yoga- Working with Tibialis and Toe Flexors.

 

Day 6-

8-9.30- Meditative Yoga.

10.30 to 12.30- Applied & Functional Anatomy with Asanas

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Endocrine system & Respiratory system. Postural Dynamics & working on them with Core Yoga.

 

Day 7-

8-9.30- Myofascial release Core Yoga Techniques.

10.30 to 12.30- WAY OF THE HAPPY FASCIA

Applied & Functional Anatomy in relation to myofascial melting & corrections.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

2.30 to 4- Cardiovascular Systems and Muscular Pathology.

4- 5.30- Relaxing and Serenity inducing yoga poses.

 

Day 8-

8-9.30- Myofascial release Core Yoga Techniques.10.30 to 12.30- Applied & Functional Anatomy with understanding the Postural Dynamics and bringing the balance in them.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

4 to 5.30 – Experiencing the Tissues and Muscles with basic Yogic Massage.

 

Day 9-

8-9.30- Supportive Yoga giving your support under situations of Physical limitations and Age factor.

10.30 to 12.30- PRINCIPLES OF INTELLIGENT SEQUENCING

Devising the yoga sequence or modifications in the Poses as per the need of stretching or strengthening and creating a balance in between the two.

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

4 to 5.30 – Experiencing the Tissues and Muscles with basic Yogic Massage.

 

Day 10-

8-9.30- Supportive Yoga giving your support under situations of Physical limitations and Age factor.

10.30 to 12.30- ?

12.30 to 2.30 Lunch.

4 to 5.30 – Closing Circle, Discussions and Certification.

 

At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion of the Training and a Diploma describing the curriculum studied.
