“Learn Myofascial release and Core balance with Ayurvedic Massage”

About this Ayurvedic Massage Therapist Training Course in India

This is a  12 day Massage Therapist Training Course  in India (100 hrs Training) of Ayurbalance- Ayurveda bodywork & massage.

AyurBalance is one of the only Indian massage which integrates concepts of Ayurvedic Nadi Vigyan with modern tools of ‘Myofascial Release, Core Balance and Meditative Conscious Touch’. This deep tissue/soft tissue work is based on the principals of Ayurveda, where the aim of a bodywork is to bring ‘balance’ towards our basic nature.

Ayur balance massage is following the theme of unblocking the Nadis/Sen as per Ayurvedic and Thai  medicinal science which are similar to Myofascial meridains.  Ayurbalance Massage is based on either opening the blockages on the SENs/ Nadis/Myofascial meridians+ general  Fascia or stretching them or contracting them and bringing balance to them using pressure movements with hands, fingers, knuckles, fist, forearm and elbow. To know more about Nadis/Sen click here

In the massage we try to locate the SEN  following the space between two muscles or between muscle and bone. This space is filled with soft connective tissue called FASCIA formed from collagen proteins. The SEN can also travel over the center of the muscle belly that form toned peaks of the human musculature. Fascial release/balance is the theme of the the Ayurbalance Massage.

This therapy works on the soft tissues, deep tissues, Deep core Muscles, Abdominal organs and Myofascial & Biofascial level releasing- holdings, conjusted patters, adhesions, shortenings and denseness to bring a structural reintegration+ rebalancing the whole, that further re-establishes the balance in mind and emotions. along with possibilities to relieve traumas and pains.

There is also soothing, balancing and relieving work done on the abdominal organs which are the big storehouses for the difficult emotions which thereby brings a huge transformative relief and removal of certain belly situations.

Ayurbalance works to release stress patterns that restrict movement, emotion and life force energy, and help to bring your body into ease and natural alignment with gravity. This powerful form of bodywork can also be used for more specific problems such as chronic pain and structural/movement limitation.

This training aims to make you proficient in giving a relaxing and comforting wholesome therapy.

This is a full course that is designed to teach and prepare you to work efficiently and confidently to massage the whole body and use our unique bodywork techniques to open and relax the receiver. In the training, there are no various unnecessary levels and the course is complete in itself. It develops the skills in you to successfully give sessions in this bodywork. This means you do not have to do different levels to learn the whole body and pay unnecessary high fees. Here you will learn all the essential expertise and techniques to be able to give a full body satisfactory massage.

“It is only by grounding our awareness in the living sensation of our bodies that real presence can awaken. Ayurbalance work stimulates change and personal growth”
