By sumbmitting the booking you understand the given terms and conditions and agree to it.

Payments Policies

1. The Amount of 50 Euros is taken as booking fees and is adjusted to the rest of the course/program fees.
2. You can book also without paying this amount and we will still enroll you. But this will not be a guarantee of a confirmed seat in the course. At the time of course in case of odd nos of participants or the maximum no of participants getting full you may not be able to join the course.
3. The balance of the course/program fee must be paid on the first day of the course.
4. This amount is to be paid in Rupees, Euro, Swiss Frank or Dollars at the excahnge rate prevailing at the time of the course.
5. If a student is not able to attend due to reson what so ever before the course/program commences, the deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to the same course/program at another date in India.You need to infrom us before the course/program begins.
6. If a student withdraws from the course/program due to reson what so ever during the course the fees is non-refundable.
7. In the unlikely event or rare situations of Death, Accident or other unexpected events compelling a retreat or workshop at Rasovai  be cancelled, we will refund 100% of your payment or offer an alternative course. Rasovai is not to be held liable for flight costs.

Other Terms & Condtions

1. Please inform the teacher if you have any injury or illness that is relevant to mention before the course begins.
   Rasovai accepts no responsibility for injury or illness during or after course.
2. As a student you take responsibility for yourself to stay healthy and trouble free.
3. We recommend that all people traveling to India have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
4. We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of Existance, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control. The same applies to guests' injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the stay or travel, as well as loss of /or damage to personal property of guests.
5. At our discretion Rasovai reserves the right to give concessions and last minute discounts.
6. Anybody causing excessive disturbance in the course will be given one verbal warning. After which they will forfeit their booking at Rasovai and will not receive any refund of payment.
