The quest to Meditation learning is growing immensely all over the world. Similarly like Yoga Mediations are being recognized as important tool for overall wellness of mind, body and soul.

There is an increasing demand of professional meditation teachers who have required knowledge, understanding and experience to lead classes in health institutes, yoga studios, social centers, rehabilitation centers and other such institutes. Along with this there is requirement of individual private classes.

We at Rasovai are offering a professional, scientific and structures but playful course in meditation training.

Learn to lead and also build multiple types of meditation classes and teach different types of meditations.

This is a learning opportunity for everyone who is looking to conduct meditation classes and be a teacher or just have a beautiful wellbeingness time as a retreat.

Meditations can be taught or shared with every one irrespective of their physical ability, age or background.

You can conduct meditations anywhere or for anyone. School students, social communities, offices, stressed out business owners/executives, rehabilitation centres, in yoga classes and so on. Basically every one is a potential student of meditation weather they are looking for spiritual growth or just a better life.

To learn meditation you don’t need to be anything else other then what you already are.

Ourcourse  MTTC 100 is one Scientific Meditation Course that trains you with a beautiful combination of techniques, theory, discussion and lectures.

In the course as a bonus you will also learn  some healing modalities.

The course:

Each day you will earn and practice mediations focusing on a particular aspect.

1st day (Preparatory meditations – The ones that you will guide your new students into)- Start at 10 am.

2nd day (Cleansing and clearing body, mind, emotions - Active and Passive meditations)

3rd day (Centering & Silence Mediations)

4th day (Empowering oneself  Meditations)

5th day (Bringing Joy & Blissfulness Mediations)

6th day (Love and Relating meditations)

7th day ( Relaxation and peace meditations)

8th day (Awareness & Presentness  meditations)

Day 9th- Teaching methodology and  art of leading the class. Leading meditation practice.

Day 10th-  Learning to give lectures - instructions and art of sharing in the groups. Speaking Skills.

Day 11thShaktipat ( Energy Transmission/Shower)  and certification. Finishing by 12.00 Hours.

Along with this there will be healing modalities taught, lectures given, general discussion and much more.


The Program:

  • Various meditations to enhance the awareness, increase totality, bring joyfulness,bliss,acceptance, relaxation, silence,healing, well-being and spiritual upliftment.

  • Alchemy, Anatomy and physiology of meditation and our self.

  • Simplified anatomy to understand the physical body and pathalolgy.

  • Meditation science.  Knowing the difference between  the totality/intensity creating meditations, awareness/watchfulness sharpening and centering meditations.

  • Lectures on philosophy of Upanishandds and veda.

  • Lectures on understanding psychosomatic problems, bipolar disorder, manic attacks, borderline personality, narcissism, split personality, ADHD, Traumas, Conditioning, patterns and characteristic bondages.

  • Ayurvedic Characteristic concepts and Ayurvedic Psychological understanding.

  • Dealing with different personalities as a Meditation teacher.

  • Structuring and sequencing.

  • Styles and techniques of meditation. Using opportunities, events,happenings, activities, desires,needs and other human emotions as tools to meditate.  

  • Establishing yourself as a meditation teacher.

  • Teaching ethics and skills.

  • Climbing the steps of Mediation growth.

Meditation Teacher Training schedule

  • Monday to Saturday:

  • 7.00: Morning meditation

  • 8.30: Breakfast

  • 10.00: Lecture or theory, methodology, philosophy or anatomy

  • 11.00: Meditation

  • 12.30: Lunch and Rest or self-study

  • 15.00: Meditation.

  • 16.00: Tea break

  • 15.20 Meditation leading practice

  • 17.20: Group work, teaching skills, Question and Answer

  • 19:00: Dinner

  • Sunday: Experiencing the easiness and surroundings.

  • Last day will also include Shaktipat ( Energy Transmission &Shower)

  • The course program remains the same. But the schedule can vary as per weather or any other circumstantial situation.

  • Arrive a day earlier.

  • The course finishes on 12th day by 12 am. ( 11 days with a Sunday break)
