ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD
Accommodation & Meals are provided or arranged by the organizer.
CLASS SIZE
Maximum of 16 participants in classes that require practical instruction. No class size limit for theoretical presentations/ workshops in Ayurveda and Mediations.
TRAINING SITE
For 16 trainees, a quiet room large enough for 8 tables/massage mattresses. A room, which is 30' x 20' works well. Smaller groups can use proportionately smaller rooms. There must be a bathroom nearby.
ITEMS YOU NEED TO PROVIDE
Black or white board and writing materials.
Massage tables/Massage Mattress & Stool( for Ayur Yogic Massage), sheets, and towels (students can bring their own).
Floor cushions.
Sesame seed oil and Calamus Powder (for Ayur Yogic Massage).
FOR ORGANIZER
Each Ayurvedic Services (Ayur Yogic Massage, Ayur Balancing Massage & Abhyanga-Marma Massage) requires a minimum of 6 days of 4 hours of teaching every day to learn. It is essential to have not less then this hours for training to have both a theoretical and practical understanding of the course.
Ayurvedic lectures can be organized on the day basis with not more then 4 hours of lectures / presentation on each topic.
Mediation workshop can be of longer duration too.
